Running is an individual competition. The goal is to collect kilometers. The fine thing about running is that you can do it anywhere. Activities such as walking, Nordic walking (with poles), cross-country skiing, long-distance skating, and rowing-machine exercise also count in Running. Run over 42,2 km to get the medal Running Beginner, 457 km for Running Exerciser and 1037 km to become a Running Master.
